Light Up Kinston

This holiday season, Kinston residents are invited to participate in our exciting community wide “Light Up” Challenge! Let’s transform our neighborhood into a dazzling winter wonderland as we compete to see who can create the most spectacular Christmas light displays.

From twinkling strings of lights to creative decorations, we encourage all residents to show off their holiday spirit and brighten up the community. Whether you go all out or keep it simple, every display adds to the festive atmosphere! The challenge kicks off on Dec. 1, and residents will have until Dec 16 to showcase their lights.

Prizes will be awarded for the best animation/light show, best classic Christmas look, and best inflatable arrangement. Join us in spreading holiday cheer, bringing the community together, and making this season truly magical. We can’t wait to see your brilliant displays light up Kinston!
