New Resident Resources
New to Kinston? Welcome home! To help make it easier for you to acclimate to life in our community, we’ve compiled this list of resources. Please note, most of the links on this page require you to log into our site (see “website registration” below).
Bookmark this site
This resident website is different from the Kinston at Centerra marketing site, so be sure to bookmark it for easy access. If you’d like to add a website icon to your phone or mobile device’s home screen, follow these directions:
- iPhone/iPad: Access the website through Safari, then tap the share button (a little arrow pointing up) and tap “add to home screen.”
- Android: Access the website through Chrome, tap on the three vertical dots in the top-right corner, tap “add to home screen” and then tap “add automatically.”
Do these 3 things right away
(1) Register for the site.
The first thing you’ll want to do, if you haven’t already, is register for this website. Once approved, you’ll be able to log in to view resident-only content on this site. Plus, you’ll start receiving resident-only community news from your Kinston Community Life Team.
(2) Set up autopay.
Set up automatic payments through Vantaca’s portal to ensure your assessments are paid on time, every time.
(3) Request a key fob.
All Kinston residents who are in good standing — meaning they pay their Kinston Community Association (KCA) assessments on time each quarter — have access to the Gathering Room at the Kinston Hub.
Submit this form to request your amenity key fob. When your request is received, staff will prepare your key fob and let you know when and how to pick it up. Please note, you must be registered for the website to access and submit the form.
Then review these resources
Design Review
The individuality of your home is key to neighborhood character, but we all have different tastes and styles. The design review process provides consistency in the quality of exterior home modifications that Kinston residents wish to make.
Read this blog to get a better understanding of why we have the design review process, then check out our design review webpage for full details, including the design review application.
Note: We appreciate your patience while Kinston’s design guidelines are being finalized. They will be posted here and announced in our community newsletter as soon as they are ready.
Community Standards
Kinston has specific community standards on the books to keep our community (and your property value) desirable now and into the future. Read this blog to get an overview, then dive in for more information on our community standards page.
Community Concern Form
We need everyone’s help to maintain our neighborhood’s unique character and high-quality standards. As a resident, you can help report community concerns and damages that require our attention. Just fill out this fully online Community Concern form.
Not sure what’s appropriate to submit through the form? Read this blog to get a better understanding.
Community Governance
Kinston is governed by a Colorado nonprofit organization known as Kinston Community Association, Inc. (or KCA, for short). The community is also located within the Kinston Metropolitan District.
Check out our Governance Overview page for full governance info.
Resident-led Clubs
We’re all about community at Kinston, and what’s better than connecting with others who share your interests? Resident clubs help build neighbor-to-neighbor connections over shared interests and passions. Love to run or bike? Does playing card games float your boat? Maybe brewing beer is your thing? We encourage you to start a club.
Services & Utilities
Not sure who to call to set up services for your new home? Check out our services and utilities page. It’s your guide to navigating the utility and other services in Kinston.
Snow Removal
At Kinston, snow removal is a community collaboration that includes the city of Loveland, the Metro Districts, the Kinston Community Association (KCA), and homeowners. To find out who is responsible for removing it and where their responsibility starts and ends, read The 411 on Snow Removal.
Social Media Communications
If you’re on Facebook more than you are in your inbox, then we recommend you sign up for our Kinston: Community Life Facebook Group. The events and news that we share in our community newsletter, Kinston Connection, is posted in this private Facebook group, as well. Register for this group after you’ve closed on your home. Proof of residency is required to be a member.

Renting your house?
If, instead of living in your home at Kinston, you plan to rent it to someone else, you must fill out the new tenant registration form before your renter moves in. Please note that the CC&Rs require a minimum six-month initial lease term.
