Meet the team
Shanole Stein
I’ve worked at Kinston since June 2022, and I’ve really enjoyed getting to know the current residents and all the opportunities to meet new ones.
I’ve been married 18 years to my husband Chris and we have 2 kids, a 16 year-old daughter and 14 year-old son. We spend a lot of our evenings and weekends enjoying their sports game,s but when we have time, we love to camp. You’ll typically find me at the Hub on Thursdays, Fridays and some Sundays.
Sherry Fuller
I am a third generation Coloradoan, married for 55 years with two children and three grandchildren. I love playing pickleball and line dancing. My working career started with the first computers for the telephone company in Denver. Now, I love being an ambassador at Kinston and enjoying the Colorado mountains.
Joel Atella
I am a native of Fort Collins and have played piano since age 6. I previously worked for over a decade as a stage manager, tour manager, and director in opera. I am an avid reader, talented home cook, obsessed with skiing, and love dogs.
I’m thrilled to be a part of the tangible excitement at Kinston. It will be fun to see how the project builds out and expands, and to welcome and get to know all of the current and future residents. I typically work Wednesdays and Fridays, and occasionally on the weekends. Please, say “hello!”
Bayley Martin
I am committed to my faith and family. I enjoy having fun whether that’s teaching my three kids, hiking and exploring God’s creation, or relaxing watching the beautiful sunset over the mountains with my wonderful husband.
I am excited to be working and living in this community, and can’t wait to see what God has in-store!

I am from the western slope of Colorado, I graduated from CSU (Go Rams!) and met my husband Patrick there. We have 3 kids – Noah, Peyton, and Riley. I am a school counselor and I love to hike, read, travel, paddle board, ski, watch my kids play sports, and spend time with family and friends. I am excited to be a community ambassador at Kinston and will be working evenings and weekends.
