Residents are invited to sell\, swap\, or simply pass along gently used pieces right from their own driveways or porches. \nHow It Works:\nSet up your driveway or porch with items ready for a second home. Furniture\, clothing\, toys\, books\, home décor\, and more.\nBrowse participating homes and discover thoughtful\, secondhand finds.\nCheck out the map. Other residents may be setting up as well but didn’t register to be on the map. \nResidents may place directional signs from Friday morning through Sunday evening to help guide shoppers.\nCommunity Life will promote the event online.\n \n\n\nTo make it even easier to clear things out responsibly\, we’ll have a roll-off dumpster available for resident use all weekend long\, along with an onsite shredder truck & electronic recycling drop-off at The Hub on Saturday\, May 30 from 2pm-4pm. The bright red dumpster is located on Kinston Parkway next to the Hub. Recycling will be set up in the same area on Saturday afternoon. Whether you’re parting with large household items or safely disposing of old documents\, we’re making it simple to refresh your space with intention. \nThe Second Chance Market is a simple way to refresh your space\, reduce waste\, and keep quality items in circulation all within the neighborhood.
